I clicked Upgrade to Pro and nothing happened.
Make sure you're signed in with a valid Apple ID under System Settings → Apple Account → Media & Purchases. If you're testing in sandbox mode, sign out of your real Apple ID and sign back in with a Sandbox Tester from App Store Connect.
How do I restore a Pro purchase on a new Mac?
Sign in to Blaze with the same Apple ID you used to buy, then open Settings → Plan → Restore purchases. RevenueCat looks up your receipts and re-applies the entitlement automatically.
Blaze can't see my Firebase projects.
Blaze authenticates through firebase-tools. Run firebase loginonce in a terminal. If you've recently rotated credentials, run firebase logout followed by firebase login again, then restart Blaze.
Where are my workflows and snapshots stored?
Both live locally under ~/Library/Application Support/Blaze/. Workflows are JSON files under Workflows/; snapshots under Snapshots/<projectId>/. Back this folder up if you want to migrate to a new machine.
Claude in the chat sidebar says it can't find `claude`.
The chat shells out to your locally-installed Claude Code binary. Install it via brew install claude or from claude.com/claude-code, then run claude once in a terminal to sign in with your Claude subscription.
Cancel my subscription / get a refund.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open the App Store → click your avatar → Subscriptions → Blaze → Cancel. For refunds use reportaproblem.apple.com. If you reside in the EEA / UK and you're within 14 days of purchase, you can also request a withdrawal directly by emailing us.
